Czarny Diament is one of the two restaurants at the Bohema Hotel & Spa. What makes it unique is that the dinner takes place in complete darkness. The experience will be out of the ordinary, for anyone who wants a memorable gastronomic experience.

Among the specialities of the Kujawy region, where Bydgoszcz lies, you can find a delicious sour soup called “żurek”.
